Moscow State Stroganov Academy of Industrial and Applied Arts is the national leader in industrial art education. Stroganov Academy was founded in 1825 by Count Stroganov, being the oldest of Russian applied and industrial art universities. Our teaching areas include Design, Decorative and Applied Art and Art Restoration.
The Faculty of Design consists of Environmental Design, Graphical Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Furniture Design and Textile Design departments.
The Faculty of Monumental, Decorative and Applied Art includes the Interior Design, Metalwork, Ceramics, Graphic Art, Monumental and Decorative Sculpture and Monumental and Decorative Painting Departments.
The Art Restoration faculty includes Decorative Art and Design History and Theory Department, Furniture Restoration Department, Monumental and Decorative Art Restoration Department and Metalwork Restoration Department.
